  •  On occasion Tattoo tint by FORENCOS offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the TATTOO TINT ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for US and EMS for global packages.
  • $5.95 flat fee for all worldwide countries (FREE US & Global shipping for orders more than $40) 
  • The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

    DELIVERY TRACKING & CONFIRMATION INFORMATION

    DELAYED / FAILED / RETURNED / LOST / DISCARDED DELIVERIES

  • We strive to do our very best to ensure safe shipping. However, due to various reasons, delays / failures / returns / lost / disposal of deliveries as well as other issues may occur. 
  • Please contact the customs of the according country and the local post office first for issues regarding delayed / failed / returned / lost / discarded deliveries due to encountered issues at customs processing. 
  • For quick processing of issues regarding delayed /failed/returned/ lost / discarded deliveries due to inaccurate addresses or the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, please contact the local post office first.
  • In the case of delayed / failed / returned / lost / discarded deliveries, to ensure safe shipping and fast processing, we may make a few requests. Failure to cooperate may cause problems and liabilities will be attributable to the recipient.
  • For international shipping, delivery may be delayed due to certain circumstances. This is due to a matter of international logistics conditions and the responsible carrier so we apologize for the delay, but please be patient.
  • Other circumstances that have not been listed may occur, resulting in delayed / failed / returned / lost / discarded deliveries. We will strive to assist to the best of our abilities, but it is not guaranteed.

  • Depending on the customs & tax policy, additional taxes and fees may occur. This is in accordance with applicable national policies, so please contact the appropriate country’s customs for any queries and follow their requests. If not in settled, any problems and issues that may rise are attributable to the recipient. 
  • If you need additional documents for customs clearance, we will strive to assist to the best of our abilities, but it is not guaranteed.


    IF USING A SHIPPING AGENCY

  • When using a shipping agency, any problems that occur are responsible by the shipping agency and attributable to the recipient. Please be sure to use an actual residence address for ensured delivery.


    RETURN POLICY

    1) RETURN SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
    We will pay the delivery charge about the return only If we request a return. (Example : When we have to check the condition of damaged item, when we have to get the product that was wrongly delivered). In other cases a return postage fee will apply to you.

  • After checking the reasons, please return the package by using normal international registered mail only if the return is possible.
  • Your money will be back to your Paypal account in 3 days from the arrival of your returned products.

    2) CANCEL / CHANGE / REFUND ORDER
    After the confirmation of your order, Cancel / Change / Refund is only possible before the product is shipped from the company. After it is delivered , it’s impossible to Cancel / Change / Refund. Also we can't help you Cancel / Change / Refund your order if the products used. For this case, you can Cancel / Change / Refund only by support@tattootint.com within a week. Extra cost will be your responsibility. Please frequently check the status of your packages.
