Due to the current health orders implemented on different countries, our manufacturing and fulfillment center in South Korea is temporarily unable to ship orders worldwide. Our US fulfillment center, however, still operates as normal, hence our website remains available to accept orders within WITHIN THE US ONLY (until stocks last). Non-US customers are welcome to place new orders, however, please note that we cannot ship any products until we are permitted to return to normal operations. Rest assured that once we receive the authorization, we will begin processing your order and send you a shipment notification as usual.

For all orders placed on or after 01 March 2020, our refund policy has been updated to allow customers to cancel unshipped non-US orders at anytime for a full refund.
